 9.6% Straight Let - Payable upfront per 12 month agreement

12% Rent Collection - Payable monthly

14.4% Fully Managed - Payable monthly

*Fees are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate. Letting fees are subject to negotiation and are stated primarily as a guide.

 Inventory - Price range between £120 - £240 inc VAT

Check in fees apply - Price range between £120 + £240 inc VAT

EPC - £66 inc VAT

Gas Safety Certificate - £90 inc VAT

 Protection of deposit - Security deposit held in trust and an annual fee of £72 inc VAT is payable for this service

Fully Comprehensive Referencing per application (maximum 2 people) - £330 inc VAT

Additional persons - £60 inc VAT per applicant

Guarantor - £60 inc VAT per application per guarantor

Check out charges apply to those tenants whose Landlord has provided a check in service at start of tenancy agreement - Charges range between £120 - £240 inc VAT and price agreed upon let of property

Renewal of Let per 12 months - £90 inc VAT

*Above fees are additional to standard 1 months rent and 6 weeks security deposit
